Start by filling out the Family Information Form & Directory Publish Preferences and other forms will become available including PTA Membership, School Supplies, Spirt Wear, Birthday Marquee Messages, etc.

If you don't see a form after you've logged in and updated your personal info (e.g., Spirit Wear or School Supplies), it means we are not currently selling it. All other forms will be available all year (PTA, Birthday Marquee (only available to parents with a registered student), Volunteer Info, Donations, Business Sponsorships).

All purchases can be made using a credit or debit card.

Volunteer (2025-26)

All volunteers in LISD must complete a background check yearly in order to volunteer on campus. Get started here: https://lewisvilleisd.voly.org/

Fall Dance Tickets (ACMS Students Only) (2025-26)

Pre-order tickets through Wednesday, September 17, at $15 per student. Tickets at the door will be $20. The line takes a while, so pre-order NOW!

Staff Appreciation Donations (2025-26)

Assist ACMS PTA with providing snacks in the teacher's lounge and a catered meal for our teachers. Staff meals average $600-$900 per meal. Your generous donation will be used to stock the lounge with drinks and snacks to keep our teacher's energized. A catered meal to show our appreciation and serve as a special treat for all their hard work. Thank you for partnering with us!
