8th Grade Tile Legacy Art Piece*FOR 8TH GRADERS ONLY*

ACMS PTA wants to give your 8th grade student the opportunity to leave their mark at ACMS with a lasting legacy art piece. Let your student paint a wall tile that will be hung in the 8th grade hall, leaving a physical memento of your student's middle school experience at ACMS.

School Supply Packs EARLY BIRD SALE for 2025-26

This form is for CURRENT 5th-7th Graders. Pre-order your 2025-2026 School Supply Pack by Saturday, May 31, 2025, for $65 and pick up at Eagle Orientation on August 8, 2025. If your student is currently in 5th grade (2024-2025), please be sure to register your child as a 5th grader if you choose to create an account on our site. (Our system will automatically roll them into 6th grade on July 1st). PLEASE NOTE: YOU'LL RECEIVE COMMUNICATION REGARDING ALL YOUR 2025-2026 BACK TO SCHOOL FORMS SOMETIME IN JULY - THIS IS THE ONLY FORM FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR THAT WE NEED YOU TO COMPLETE AT THIS TIME.
